I have read and agree to the following: *

I am aged 18 or over (eligibility will be verified against the registration system).
Places are limited and testers will be chosen based on iPhone model and iOS version to create a balanced test group. I accept I may not be selected.
I agree that Netball Fun League may create a temporary “test” player profile for me in the Spawtz system, including the use of a unique test email address, used only during this test phase.
My details will only be used for app testing by Netball Fun League and its technical partners, and deleted once testing ends.
This is a beta app — some features may not work as expected and Netball Fun League isn’t responsible for issues on my device.
I will receive push notifications during testing and keep them enabled on my iPhone.
Test leagues, matches and profiles are only for testing and will not affect my real Netball Fun League team or fixtures.
I will use the app and any related chat/notifications respectfully. Inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from testing.
