Court check for any “foreign objects”/hazards and remove
Move benches to designated position (see diagram) – always ask for help
Note: This is an “ideal type suggestion”, obviously this configuration may not be possible because of all sorts of reasons – all venues are different
Put posts into position and also check the bolts and nuts are tightened
Make sure your Kit Bag is VISIBLE and away from team benches

Direct the teams to designated benches (see diagram on point 1) as teams arrive, encourage them to squeeze together, leave some bench space for the next team that might arrive 🙂
Check nails & jewellery – direct them to your nail kit in side pocket of kit bag
Remind teams to get bibbed up
Get teams to do coin toss /rock paper scissors for 1st centre
Record the Ringers on each team – we need name, position, and rating on reverse of score card (Please keep your score cards for 2 weeks. In case of disputes. (we get a lot!)

Notify each team who got the Player of the Match, taking care to make sure you get full name as sometimes there are more than one “Jane” in a team LOL (remember you cannot give to a ringer)
