• You've been offered a place in one of our Made Up Teams (MUTs) for the Winter 2026 season and have let us know that you'd like to go ahead – brilliant! Before your place can be confirmed, please read and complete this Commitment Agreement.
• By completing this agreement, you are confirming that you understand the commitment you're making as a MUT player, including your match fees, umpire fees and what you need to do if you decide to leave the team.

Your place is not confirmed until you have completed this agreement and made the payments outlined in your MUT Joining Pack.

When you accept a place in a Made Up Team (MUT), you are committing to a place in that team for the Winter 2026 season.

Your place is reserved for you as part of the team, so your payments are not based on whether you are available to play each individual match.

We understand that circumstances can change. If you do need to leave your MUT during the season, you can do so by following our Notice to Leave process, which is explained later in this agreement.

• Your MUT match fees are £5 per match and are paid in advance in payment blocks.
• The amount due and the payment deadline for each block will be shown in your Team Statement.
• Because you are committing to a place in the team, your match fees remain payable even if you are unavailable for an individual match.
• If you decide to leave your MUT, your payment responsibility will be determined by the Notice to Leave process explained later in this agreement.

• Umpire fees are separate from your MUT match fees.
• Each player is responsible for contributing £1.50 per match night towards their team's umpire fees.
• Your team can decide between you how these contributions are collected and managed.

• We understand that circumstances can change and you may need to leave your MUT during the season.
• If you decide to leave, you must complete the official NFL Notice to Leave Form.
• Telling your Team Organiser or teammates, sending us a message, leaving your WhatsApp group or simply stopping playing does not count as giving notice.
• Your match fees are paid in blocks. Each payment block has a Notice to Leave deadline, which will be shown on your Team Statement.
• If you submit your Notice to Leave by the deadline, you will not be liable for the next payment block.
• If you submit your Notice to Leave after the deadline, the next payment block will still be payable.

• By joining a MUT, you are committing to being part of the team for the season, but we understand that you won't necessarily be available for every match.
• You are responsible for keeping your availability up to date when requested so that your team knows whether you can play.
• If you are unavailable for a match, this does not reduce the match fees you have committed to paying for your place in the team.

• You are accepting your place in the MUT named above for the Winter 2026 season.
• You understand that you are committing to a place in the team, rather than paying only for the individual matches you attend.
• You agree to pay your MUT match fees by the required payment deadlines.
• You agree to contribute £1.50 per match night towards your team's umpire fees.
• You understand and agree to follow the Notice to Leave process if you decide to leave your MUT.
• You understand that you are responsible for keeping your match availability up to date.
