How do I join a team?
Joining a team is done through your Netball Fun League player account. Please follow the steps below carefully.
⚡ Before you start
- You must already have a Player Profile.
- You must be logged in before searching for your team or clicking Join This Team.
- It helps to know your team name — but you can also search by a partial name to find it.
Create your Player Profile
If you have not created your Player Profile yet, do that first. You cannot request to join a team until your Player Profile has been created.
Create Player ProfileLog in to your account
Once your Player Profile has been created, log in to your Netball Fun League account. You must be logged in before the next steps will work.
Log InFind your team
Click the button below to open Team Search. Type your team name — a partial name works too — then click your team to open its page.
Click "Join This Team"
On the team page, click the Join This Team button to send your request to the Team Organiser.
Your Team Organiser gets your request
Your Team Organiser will receive an email asking them to review your request to join the team.
Wait for approval
Once your Team Organiser accepts your request, you will be added to the team in the system. This can take a few days — you will receive a notification once you have been approved. No need to submit your request again in the meantime!

When a player clicks Join This Team, you will receive an email request. Open the request, log in to your account and accept or decline the player. If accepted, the player will be added to your team in the system.
