b) Managing communications regarding payments, fixtures, queries, complaints, or events 
c) Informing you of important updates (e.g. cancellations, venue changes)

We do not sell your personal data. It will only be shared as follows: 

• With Netball Fun League employees, for the purposes of running the league and delivering sessions/classes
• With trusted third-party service providers (e.g. website hosting, IT support, payment processors), under strict confidentiality
• With your team organiser, who can view/manage their team’s details through the Members Login. Team members can only access their own data 

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described. Typically: 

• While you are an active player or participant
• Up to six years after your last interaction with us (for accounting, tax, and record-keeping purposes)
• Longer where required for legal or regulatory reasons
  When information is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymised. 

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Measures include:

• Data stored on secure, encrypted systems, with access limited to authorised staff
• Website delivered via HTTPS for encrypted communication
• Password-protected internal systems and staff training on GDPR responsibilities

If you do not wish to be included, please notify us via the Contact Us page. Photography or videography by third parties is not permitted during our leagues unless agreed in advance. 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, with a revised “Effective Date”. Where significant changes are made, we will also notify you by email.
